This machine is mainly composed of a body frame. Frame, roller, drive gear and gear reduction. Motor and other components. The roller is made of chilled cast iron. The workpiece surface has high hardness and wear resistance after grinding. The roller is hollow inside and the water system is filled with water. The worm gear reducer is installed next to the frame, and the roller and frame are placed on the upper part of the machine to make the structure compact. Easy to operate.

The transmission part of the machine is driven by the hard gear surface reducer motor located outside the machine base, which drives the back roller to turn through the transmission gear, and then drives the front roller to make the front through a pair of speed ratio gear installed on the left end of the roller

The last two rollers turn at different speeds in the opposite direction.
The transmission gear has a closed protective device, the machine is equipped with an electrical brake device, when an emergency stop is needed, press the emergency stop switch to brake immediately, and the safety performance is more reliable.
